Hello, everybody. I'm Li y my topic is how to eat in a healthy way.
Firstly, we should never eat fried food or foods with lots of sugar because they are not good for ndly, try to eat more vegetables and use they can make us become much healthier.
My eating habits are example, I often eat healthy foods, like wholemeal bread, eggs, vegetables and milk for breakfast and rice, noodles, and vegetables for dinner.
I hope everyone can eat in a healthy way.
